- Because every product is created individually for each client, all sales are final.
- However, if there is a problem/issue with the actual product itself, CAC will work with our clientele to get a replacement. CAC may require our clients to provide photographic evidence of the issue. You may be required to return the original product with provided shipping label.
- If a package is lost, CAC will work with the fulfillment center and shipping provider to locate the package. If the package cannot be found, CAC will work with the fulfillment center to replace your product.
- CAC is not responsible for late delivery times by the shipping provider. CAC is not responsible for late delivery times due to late fulfillment (Fulfillment time is 2-7 business days)
