Holy Face

This moving emotional depiction of the Holy Face of Jesus is a version based off the miraculous Veil of Veronica upon which Christ left his visage when she used her veil to wipe the blood from His Holy Face.

Joan Gasco was born in 1500 Navarre, Spain. He died in 1529 and is know for his contribution to the Renaissance, Gothic, Spanish Renaissance periods.
