There are a number of shipping options available but domestically we recommend FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL.  

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Basic Delivery 3-5 Buisness Days

Expedited Delivery (FedEx) 1-3 Buisness Days

International 

Baisc Delivery (FedEx) 10-20 Buisness Days

Expedited Delivery (FedEx)  1-5 Buisness Days

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We use FedEx International Economy & International Priority.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

If you approached us with items to barter we would be hard pressed to turn you away. ( just email us – funnily enough this is how we got started) For the rest of the world, who prefer the more generally accepted forms of payment we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, and Paypal.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Great Question! Here at the Catholic Art Company your privacy and your security are essential to us. None of your information will ever be sold, traded, or used to monetize off of your fine taste and preferences. We’re trying to do something good here and the mission would be compromised if we treated our excellent customers like anything other than they are; excellent people who love beauty and want grow that love in their home.

How do I place an Order?

Simply select an time and add it to your cart. Choose a size and one of the delivery formats that best fits your home and style. (Download, Self-Print, Ready-to-ship Print or Canvas wrap) and a payment method. Then wait, as best you can, for it to arrive. We have expedited shipping options for those who simply need it immediately! 

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes! An account is the correct way to place an order. Please let us know if you wish to be notified when we have new collections, sales and promotions. If you don’t want to hear from us, we totally understand. That’s your choice. Just check the box. We’re here to make Fine Art available to the world, not harrass our excellent customers.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Due to the custimized nature of each and every order returns are impossible! But if there is ever a concern with the quality of your art work please contact us immediately so that we can take care of the problem as quickly as possible.

How Do I Track My Order?

Shipping information is sent as soon as your item leaves the vault. Please note that  an exception to this is priority shipping. The product may be well on its way before the shipping info reaches you. Please know its speeding its way to your home and you’ll get the shipping info as soon as possible. 

How Can I Return a Product?

Quality is the question here. We back the quality of our items 100%. If there is ever a problem with the excellence of the item we will always take care of it! Please let us know asap so we can get a new one out to you!
